(head office: Tokyo; CEO: Yukiko Tsuzuki; hereinafter “the Company”) has released the latest version of the Resonance Karte, a feature for individuals (job seekers), known here as Buddies, on “Yumekanau Cloud” — the resonance-engine platform that uses mathematical models to visualize the “Being” of individuals and organizations. It overlays the trajectory of your biorhythm — your awareness and condition — with your applications to projects and the encounters that followed. You can look back objectively at which work, and which people, you were engaged with during the periods when your performance and sense of wellbeing were at their highest.

3. The wake of your Being: what changes and what stays (a record of how you change)

You can grasp, in the round, both the axis that remains your own no matter how your environment shifts, and the parts that grow and soften through experience.

■ Design principle: why the Karte opens only for those who have walked a full cycle

The Resonance Karte is not a feature that opens in full for everyone at registration. Knowing yourself, putting your daily changes into words, and stepping into a real encounter — only after that one full cycle does the Karte take on genuine depth and practical value.

The feature becomes available once these three steps are complete:

• Taking the “Life OS Diagnosis” (15 questions, about 1 minute / free)
• Recording the “Journal Diagnosis” (at least one day of records / about 1 minute a day / free)
• An established match with a project (the client and the Buddy have each opened the other’s message, at least once)

The more your actions and records accumulate, the richer and deeper the self-understanding you can read from your Karte.
